Fangst’s Nordic Smoked Sardines are a modern take on a Baltic classic. Sourced from the cold waters off Latvia, these small sprats are smoked over wood and finished with organic heather and chamomile. The result is a delicate, floral flavor layered with soft smoke and buttery texture. Packed in cold-pressed rapeseed oil, they shine on toast, alongside cheese, or straight from the tin.
