From the cold, clear waters of the Faroe Islands, Fangst’s salmon is rich, tender, and sustainably raised. Each fillet is gently cured and packed in cold-pressed rapeseed oil with sea buckthorn and lemon verbena, a bright, citrusy pairing inspired by Nordic coasts. The result is smooth and flavorful, with a balance of richness and lightness that makes it as good on rye bread as in a salad. Simple, honest food from the North Atlantic.
